New Venue

Kristina Reynolds and the Venue Committee have secured St. Demetrios Church Hall in Concord. This is a great space with tables, chairs and a kitchen! Please save the date for our next meeting on Sunday, January 22 at 3pm to discuss the venue and other party plans. Have a Merry Christmas!

Change in Venue.....

Unfortunately we no longer have access to the Clayton Community Church for our graduation party. The venue committee is close to securing another location however everyone is encouraged to come to our next meeting on Sunday, January 22 to discuss this further. During that meeting we will finalize our plans for the venue and kick off the new year party planning.

Update from the last meeting on Sunday, November 13th

• We voted on using Clayton Community Church multipurpose room as the venue for the party. Fransica Esco has secured the June 1^st date for us and it's FREE!

• The students top vote for the theme was “Hollywood”

• Our next planning meeting will take place after the holidays on Sunday, January 22 at the Gilbert’s home (5175 Heritage Place in Concord)

A few of the items to discuss at the next meeting:

• Budget/Cost per child (covers food, music, decorations, DJ etc)
• Food
• Questions regarding legacy gifts for teachers and staff

We are still forming committees and need volunteers. Please come and help make this a memorable event for your student!
